Friendly atmosphere when checking in.

There was a major issue with my room key. I was given only one key initially, and when I asked for a second one, the front desk lady was rude and unhelpful. After some frustrating back and forth, I finally got another key, but it stopped working later. I felt confused and disappointed by the lack of communication and assistance during my stay.

We had a great stay at this spot! The kids loved how close we were to the beach and nearby theme parks, making it easy to visit. The room was spacious enough for our family, which was perfect with three teenagers. The view from our window was fantastic!

I enjoyed my stay at Seaway Motel. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and had a flat-screen TV, which was a nice touch. Parking was free, and I could see my car from the room, making me feel secure. The fridge worked well, keeping my drinks cold. On the downside, the pillows were too flat, and I had to use my sweatshirt as a cushion. I faced some noise from the busy street outside, but it quieted down after the first night, so it didn’t bother me too much. Housekeeping was good, but I missed having a kettle for tea. A few hooks for coats would’ve been handy too.

Had an awesome time with friends. We loved our stay here! Super close to Disney and Universal Studios, which made it easy to explore. The rooms were neat and had everything we needed. Perfect for our group trip, and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend it for anyone traveling in a group.
